    Balcony was not available and was under construction, was quite dirty as well and hence unusable.

    Guter Aufenthalt, kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

    Nah am Strand, geräumig, sauber, eigene Küche und Kühlschrank zur Verpflegung vorhanden

    Mobiliar etwas veraltet, ggü des Hauses mit Wohnungen gibt es ein Büro, in dem Ansprechpartner des Servicewohnen erreichbar sind, falls man einen Ansprechpartner braucht, das Geschirr wich Gebrauchsspuren auf, kein Lift bei höheren Etagen, man hört alle Nachbarn, es gab einen Balkon, aber keine Stühle, um darauf zu sitzen, bei der Sommerhitze keine Gelegenheit, Vorhänge zu ziehen, da diese nicht vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage,d.h. das Haus lud sich den ganzen Tag mit Sonnenstrahlen auf - für den happigen Preis etwas zu wenig Leistung
