    Ruhige Wohnung mit kleiner Terrasse in Wassernähe im Charme der 1960er Jahre

    Die ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse direkt am Kurpark, die Nähe sowohl zum Elbstrand als auch zum Nordseestrand, das hochwertige Schlafsofa, die kleine Terrasse mit Stühlen und Tisch im Grünen.

    In den Ecken nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung riecht beim Reinkommen nach Katze. Das Geschirr ist sehr umfangreich, aber nicht immer zweckmäßig, z. B. keine größeren Trinkgläser und wenige Trinkbecher.
