Ein schönes Quartier um Erfurt und Umgebung zu erkunden
Sehr freundlicher, bemühter Vermieter; toller Ausstattung der Wohnung, mit allem, was man benötigt (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle; toll ist es, eine Klimaanlage zur Verfügung zu haben, die wir allerdings nicht gebraucht haben. die Bushaltestelle zum Bus nach Erfurt liegt direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Lage der Wohnung in einem Industriegebiet ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt, blickt man auf einen Hinterhof und mehrere Lagerhallen. Uns hat dies ehrlicherweise nicht sehr gestört, dafür ist es nachts ruhig.

Take note that the AC is in the living room, not bedroom. In the summer, this is important to consider.

Gerne komme ich auch nächstes Jahr wieder.
Ich war schon mal hier. Für meine Zwecke die optimale Unterkunft. Es ist alles ordentlich und sauber. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden, sogar ein super Kaffeevollautomar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist direkt in einem überschaubaren Gewerbegebiet, mich stört das nicht.
