    Die Größe der Räumlichkeit und die Nähe zum Duhner Zentrum. Fußbodenheizung im Bad.

    Der Abfluss im Bad war zeitweise verstopft. Das Zimmer war bei Dunkelheit schwer zu beleuchten, da die Lampen nicht gut positioniert waren und die Deckenleuchte stark flackerte.

    Sehr nett eingerichtet und die Küche ist für eine Ferienwohnung wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon mit dem Ausblick war für mich das Highlight. Die Lage ist optimal für die, die nicht mitten im Urlaubstrubel sein möchten, aber gerne in kurzer Entfernung zu den Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Heide sind.

    Einzig die Beleuchtung könnte optimiert werden. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau
