Great accommodation, enjoyed our holiday.
Really enjoyed our stay and host Sarah was lovely and welcoming. We made the most of our couple of nights here, seeing some of the Dolomites and Bolzano town. Plenty to do and see, good location, very clean, comfortable. Lovely apartment.
No AC but I knew that when booking but it got pretty warm at night and loud outside if you left any windows open.

Posizione e pulizia top nel cuore di Bolzano
Haus Gugler è una struttura ideale per un soggiorno a Bolzano. La posizione è ottimale, ci si può spostare in centro in pochi minuti a piedi e il quartiere è ben servito e ben tenuto. La possibilità di parcheggio gratuito all’interno del condominio è un punto fondamentale a Bolzano visti i costi giornalieri dei parcheggi. Pulizia ottima e arredamento moderno e accogliente. L’ascensore è assente ma c’è un monta scale per chi ha problemi motori.
I bagni sono comunicanti dal tetto e solo uno è completo di doccia e bidet. Questa conformazione dei bagni rende poco discreto il loro utilizzo qualora ci si trovi con persone con cui non si ha un grado di confidenza intimo. Non è presente un forno e la cucina, pur ben organizzata, non ha molti utensili. Non ci sono molte forniture in bagno e non ci sono proprio gli essenziali per la doccia (shampoo, bagno schiuma etc).

Top Appartment mit eigenem Parkplatz in direkter Nähe der Innenstadt
Sehr schöne und geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem, was man für eine Städtereise benötigt. Alles in gutem Zustand. W-LAN hat gut und stabil funktioniert, privater Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr günstig, wir haben alles zu Fuß gemacht (Museumsbesuch, Einkäufe u. Shopping in der Altstadt, Spaziergang am Fluß, Spielplätze, Ritten-Seilbahn) und konnten das sicher abgestellte Auto einfach vergessen.
Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, was man im Juli schon mal braucht. Aber mein Fehler: Darauf habe ich beim Buchen nicht geachtet. Wir haben Ventilatoren bekommen.
