Komplett und schön ausgestattetes Haus, strandnah , geräumig und hundefreundlich.
Der frühe Arbeitsbeginn des nebenan liegenden Bauhofs. Fernsehen und Internet waren ohne Funktion, war wegen des guten Wetters aber entbehrlich.

Schöne Strandpromenade, Essen war lecker. Kleine Geschäfte mit guter Auswahl.
Hinterm Haus ist das Depot für die Strandreinigung. Morgens um 7:00 Uhr fahren die Fahrzeuge und Traktoren am Haus vorbei und nicht gerade leise. Hat uns sehr gestört.

Die Lage, das Haus war sehr schön und sehr gut eingeichtet
Das die Strandmeisterei direkt nebenan liegt und es dadurch morgens schon sehr früh vereinzelt zu Lärmbelästigung gekommen ist. Die Zufahrt zur Garage bedarf einer besseren Zugänglichkeit.
