Herta, Elke, and their extended family were warm and welcoming hosts.
Herta's Haus exceeded our expectations. It was modern, immaculate, and very comfortable.The location was great and very peaceful. Our balcony overlooked a pasture of cows and a donkey, and had a magical view of the Dolomites. It was a short walk to the bus, funicular, groceries, bakery and restaurants. For a small town it had everything we needed. Breakfasts were a lovely assortment of cereals, yogurts, meats, cheeses, fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as homemade Tyrolean sweets like apple strudel, plum cake, and chocolate apple cake. Elke helped us plan hikes utilizing the extensive bus and ski lifts in the area. We loved our stay!
