    Uroczy, stary pensjonat w centrum miasteczka. Blisko do centralnej ulicy, sklepów czy atrakcji - chociaż miasteczko nie jest duże, więc wiele tego nie było. Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne a po drugiej stronie ulicy ogród dla gości pensjonatu.

    Jedyny minus to kościół tuż obok, który codziennie o 6 rano budzi wściekłym biciem dzwonów. Po prostu trzeba wstać. W bardziej upalne dni brakowało klimatyzacji, ale wietrzenie pokoju załatwiało sprawę. Dla niektórych minusem będzie nietypowy układ apartamentu który zajmowałem - wejście przez sypialnię do głównego pomieszczenia a do łazienki przez kuchnię.

    Piękne, przestronne apartamenty w samym centrum Obervellach. Miasteczko niewielkie, ciche i spokojne. Jest gdzie pospacerować. W niewielkiej odległości sklepiki, piekarnia i dwa markety.
