    Eine Rückerstattung wurde von der Unterkunft abgelehnt. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich allerdings, dass Booking.com meinen Fall geprüft und mir aus Kulanz dennoch eine Rückerstattung gewährt hat.

    Die Ferienwohnung entspricht aus unserer Sicht keinesfalls dem Standard einer 4-Sterne-Unterkunft. Leider war die Wohnung deutlich unsauber und machte insgesamt einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck. Auch die Einrichtung und gesamte Ausstattung empfanden wir als sehr veraltet und nicht zeitgemäß. Besonders negativ aufgefallen sind der verschmutzte Fußboden, die dreckigen Sitzkissen sowie der stark verschmutzte Besteckkasten. Gerade bei einer Unterkunft dieser Kategorie erwarten wir deutlich mehr Sauberkeit, Pflege und einen entsprechend guten Zustand. Wir haben dieser Bewertung Fotos beigefügt, damit sich zukünftige Gäste selbst ein Bild vom Zustand und der Sauberkeit der Wohnung machen können. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Aus unserer Sicht sind vier Sterne aufgrund des Zustands, der veralteten Einrichtung und der mangelnden Sauberkeit absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

    Die ruhige Lage, keine zehn Minuten bis zum Strand.Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, vielen Dank nochmals dafür.

    Die Terrasse könnte überdacht sein.
