    De kamer was schoon en ruim en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

    Het ontbijt was erg goed verzorgd, de kamer was ruim en netjes. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

    Weekend stay

    Easy check-in, great communication with host and a kindest attention - I got lactose and gluten-free breakfast option after checking with the host in advance. Although it's close to the railway line, we had a good rest and calm stay. Proximity - 15 min walk - of the railway station was a good feature to come back from concert in Mercur Arena at night.

    Terrible room.

    Breakfast wasn't great, but it was acceptable.

    Although I informed them I would arrive at the hotel at 11:30, the room wasn't ready. I asked to change rooms, but they requested an extra fee, which I accepted. I carried my own suitcases up three flights of stairs myself.Then they said the room was full, so I brought my suitcases back down. Even though I booked 3 months in advance, the room was terrible. I will never stay at this hotel again.We stayed in a disgusting room in the basement. Never again. The only thing that was very polite was the lady who cleaned the rooms.
