Geräumige Wohnun, Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse mit einer Liege Stühle mit Tisch und einen Strandkorb im Garten.
Wohnbereich zu dunkel, Mobiliar unbequem (hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen) bis auf den Fernsehsessel,
