Nice apartment. Shame about the building site next door.

The apartment was fine. No issues with quality or cleanliness.

At no point at the time of booking or subsequently were we made aware of the new apartment block being built immediately next door. It is a blight on the view and had we known about it we would not have made the booking. We felt we were mis sold the apartment via booking.com and felt unable to stay there and checked into a hotel in town. We requested a refund which wasn’t forthcoming from the host albeit he did offer us a 30% discount after we’d moved into a hotel in the centre of town.
