    Überwiegend positiver Eindruck, sehr schön

    Ansich alles da, was man in einer FeWo in dieser Preiskategorie erwartet. Küche war gut ausgestattet, Wo-Esszimmer. Gleichermaßen/ gemütlich. Prima auch, dass für kleinere Kinder eine größere Anzahl von Büchern, Spiele, Kreidetafel usw. vorhanden war. Das Bad war in gutem Zustand,ziemlich neu, allerdings klein/ nur 1 WC insgesamt . Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern schon eine kleine Herausforderung. Heizung gut temperierbar/ moderne Thermostate.

    Die Gardinen im Wo-/Esszi. scheinen in die Jahre gekommen zu sein bzw. könnten vielleicht gewaschen werden!? Das gilt meiner Meinung nach auch für die Zudecken u. Kopfkissen ! Hatten unsere Bettwäsche selbst mitgebracht, da sieht man(n) dann genauer hin…

    Cuxhaven ist immer eine Reise wert

    Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung Man muss für die Endreinigung 80 Euro bezahlen .Die sind viel zu hoch für die Wohnung .Begründung. Als wir die Wohnung betreten haben ,machten wir erstmal die Fenster auf.Wenn man sich die Fenster anschaut glaube ich wurden die das letztes mal geputzt zum Saisonstart .der Balkon voller Sand .Hinter der Sitzecke Spinnengewebe und Tote Fliegen .Der Staubsaugerbeutel voll.der Backofen musste von meiner Frau gereinigt werden Ja wir hätten Reklamieren können.Wollten wir aber nicht da wir die Wohnung schon bezogen haben.Sehr gut war das wir die Schlüssel schon vor der Angegebenen Zeit bekommen haben .
