The pool, wellness and SPA area that is offered is only available in the winter and summer main season and is related to the closing times of the Hotel Schweizer Hof. The Whymper house is connected to the hotel by a tunnel. In the low season, the facilities are closed and not available. Open around mid-December - mid-April and mid-July - late August.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.     Lovely time in spacious apartment in beautiful Zermatt

    Location and convenience. Next to supermarket and stations.

    Was noisy due to football world cup live ahow in park outside.

    No staff on site. Unit was hot even though outside temperature was cool.

    Super location, super value. We plan to return.

    Central location, well-equipped mini-kitchen, Nespresso machine, spacious, great steam room, sauna, and 15-yard pool, convenient checkin, responsive host.

    The TV would be more useful if it supported ChromeCast or AirPlay. A microwave oven would be nice.

    Amazing Zermatt stay

    The location is ideal. Its proximity to the train station, COOP, Gornergat Bahn and a list of amazing restaurants is second to the none. On a clear sunny day one is able to see the Matterhorn and its orange gold ‘illumination’ during sunrise from the apartment’s balcony.

    There was a small glitch in the bathtub’s drainage system but this could be rectified easily. Apart from that everything else was just terrific.

    Great location

    Close to train station, co-op, ski bus, and great view of the Matterhorn. Very comfortable.

    Need throw blankets to make sitting in chairs or couch more pleasant. The sheep skins on the couch could have been used, but that seemed weird. Other downside is the lights from the sports facility was a bit harsh.
