    Just a great location, but horrible experience

    The location

    An absolutely unacceptable experience, especially for a property costing nearly £1,000. Upon arrival, we were confronted with an overwhelming chemical smell, so strong that it was noticeable from the hallway before even entering the apartment. The odour was unbearable and caused us headaches. Travelling with two young children, we were extremely concerned about the potential health risks and whether it was safe to stay there. Despite contacting the property immediately, we only received a proper response the following day. We were informed that the smell was related to materials drying after repairs to pipes in the bathroom. How can a property be rented out to guests, particularly families with children, under such conditions? To make matters worse, several areas of the apartment were in a deplorable state, as clearly shown in the attached photographs. The overall condition was completely unacceptable for accommodation in this price range. The following day, we were offered a full refund provided we vacated the property before 4 PM. This meant having to urgently find alternative accommodation at the very last minute, while already in London with two children. The stress, inconvenience and disruption to our family trip were entirely avoidable. The only positive aspect was the location. Everything else, from the apartment's condition to the handling of a serious health and safety concern, was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise families and other travellers to avoid this property. No guest should have to endure such conditions, let alone when paying nearly £1,000 for their stay.

    A very good location for everything, the apartment was just what we needed.

    We had room only but very comfortable and a very good location.

    Bathroom a little tired, could do with a upgrade.

    Kaksi kolmesta majoittujasta joutui vaihtamaan majoitusta huonon sisäilman takia.

    Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Palvelut olivat lähellä.

    Molemmissa pesutiloissa oli selkeät kosteusvahingot. Toisessa tilanne oli jopa niin paha, että siellä kasvoi nähtäviä sieniä.

    Mieszkanie jest przestronne, czyste, wygodne - nie moge narzekać. Lokalizacja też była super.

    Klimatyzacja - oba klimatyzatory mimo, że włączały się, nie działały, co spowodowało, że musiałam otworzyć okna, a były one na bardzo głośny, turystyczny deptak - tak więc sen nie był odpowiedni.
