The resort fee includes the following: -Shuttle service between Havana Cabana at Key West and Downtown Key West, provided every hour. -Wireless and wired Internet capabilities. -Poolside cabanas and chaise lounges with service. -Poolside smoothies served at 12pm in the lobby. -Cookies and virgin mojitos served from 16:00 until to 18:00 in the lobby. -Gourmet coffee and tea served from 07:00 until 11:00 under the tiki. -Unlimited local calls. -On-site self parking. -Fitness centre usage. -24-Hour concierge service. During select dates this fall, the pool will be closed as we make exciting improvements to Havana Cabana Havana Cabana at Key West welcomes well-behaved dogs weighing up to 50 lbs each, with a maximum of two dogs per guest room. A pet fee of USD 75 per night applies for one dog, while guests traveling with two dogs will be charged USD 100 per night.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Allergic reaction

    Atmosphere, staff, room size, clean,

    I was allergic to the bedding, towels and had to sleep on the couch for 3 nights, after first night that morning I woke up in a rash all over, swollen eyes , it ruined my vacation for 2 days. Told the staff, that was the only time they didn't help or acknowledge me and my problem. Husband ran to store for meds n cream. I was so upset, they offered no help or anything.😢. I was lucky that my husband got me a pillow, blanket to sleep on a small cramped couch. I feel they could have talked to me or even check on me , but nothing.

    Location, cleanliness

    The bed was horrible sunk in the middle. Both beds was in a double queen room told the woman she said they were gonna look into. Said mattress were new since March they were horrible. No sleep

    Accogliente soggiorno alll'Havana

    Bellissima struttura, soprattutto la zona piscina. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo del cibo al ristorante della piscina. Letti davvero comodi. Apprezzato il servizio navetta, non essendo la struttura vicina alla zona dei negozi e locali.

    In bagno/camera consiglio mettere dei ganci per stendere asciugamani e cose personali.
