Nice, spacious and comfortable place to stay near town

Spacious and comfy house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to town, which was very convenient for a conference trip. Lounge was cosy, with a heat pump. We couldn't figure out the HRV system for the rest of the house, but there was a back-up heater and electric blankets on the beds, so we didn't get too cold.
