    We had a lovely stay and would stay again.

    The property was very well equipped and comfortable, in a beautiful location close to all amenities and lovely walks and very good for bikers.

    For a house capable of being occupied by 9 people comfortably we felt that there is a shortage of bathroom/toilet facilities. On some photographs of the house a bathroom is shown that doesn’t exist.

    Fantastic place for group relaxation

    Great size/capacity and price for a group booking

    The third single bed is a bit short but this is a very very minor comment, didn’t have any issue getting to sleep in it

    Beautiful, well-appointed house—cosy, secluded, and full of charm.

    Beautiful, well-appointed house—cosy, secluded, and full of charm. We especially loved the spacious shared areas (lounge, dining room, and kitchen), and the bedrooms were both comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal: just a short walk from the River Dee, a lovely pub, and local shops, yet still peaceful and set within a large garden. There’s plenty to see and do in and around Aboyne. Highly recommended.
