    Excellent location with off road parking. Beautiful house tastefully decorated and furnished with quality fixtures and fittings. Perfect and friendly hosts. Room was spotlessly clean and was serviced every day. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at any hotel / guesthouse. Thoroughly recommended. Will stay there again.

    The best b & b we have ever visited.

    The room was really clean, spacious, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was exceptional. The owners were really friendly, helpful and non intrusive.

    Beautiful Guest house.

    We liked everything about this Guest house. It was beautiful inside & out. The décor & furniture were fab. It was lovely & clean & fresh. The bed linen & towels had a gorgeous smell. We had a large ground floor room with very comfortable beds & the bathroom was huge. The breakfast was cooked to perfection & very well presented. Had everything you needed. The hosts were nice & friendly, two very nice guys & their Mum. The location was great very close to everything. It was a bonus too that there was a car park so you can leave your car there safely. Can't fault the place. Loved it & would definitely stay there again if we were in Llandudno. Highly recommend. Thanks Karl & Lee for making it a very comfortable stay.
