    All home comforts in great location

    Great staff. Good location between Windermere and Bowness - with valuable bonus of private off-road parking. Very clean. Comfy, quiet room. Good breakfast.

    Perfect Break in the lakes

    From getting out of the car and being booked in with a smile on her face.shown to our room, explained the workings and breakfast times, Room spotless and clean. The best thing was the position of the hotel 15 mins from Bowness and 10mins from Windermere walking. Bus stop outside front door giving excellent travel around the lake district.we parked the car Monday dinnertime and left it there all week. I would recommend this hotel full marks.
