The location was convenient and rooms were nicely sized to be comfortable to move around in for a stay of one or many nights. We were at the end of a hallway, and enjoyed the quiet of that location.
The room smelled musty and damp, not fresh and clean. The sofa in the room was heavily stained, torn, and soiled in appearance. Curtains/sheers were also torn and had holes in them. "Pet friendly" rooms would be well served by having no carpet and more durable finish soft goods in the rooms (i.e. faux leather couch, washable rugs/no rugs, blinds rather than curtain sheers, etc).

Several doors were broken so you could not open them. Initially, I was put in a handicapped room. It was really rundown and was missing a drawer, and the dishwasher was broken. I was moved to a nicer room and the staff could not have been more accommodating. however, the hotel could use some updating.

Terrible experience through and through
The location of the hotel was decent.
It was very trashy and very rundown, and everything was very used. The couch had been chewed on and peed on by an animal, and it was so grimy and smelt awful. I also was talked to completely disrespectfully by the front desk, when I was trying to reschedule my stay four days in advance. There is a female upfront that’s extremely disrespectful. If I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. When I say this place stinks and is very rundown and used I really mean it. I am a blue-collar Christian guy, and I don’t like to put businesses down, but this place was the worst I’ve experienced, Unless you are a meth head, you will regret staying here
