    Just what we wanted

    No breakfast location was very good to the village and beach It was just right on everything that was on the Web Site, location good, people very friendly good cakes, apple juice made on site and fresh eggs from there chickens.

    A perfect stay in beautiful Winterton-on-Sea

    We absolutely loved the barn, it was beautiful, so well converted, extremely well equipped and comfortable. The location was stunning. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness standard was exceptional. The welcome pack was wonderful and we enjoyed delicious home made goods. The fact that the eco barn is also low waste and has facilities to recycle and compost on site were huge perks. We had an amazing stay!!!

    Nothing negative to say about this wonderful property. The public footpath width from the property in the direction of the village/beach was a bit difficult to navigate with a mobility aid, but not impossible.

    Can be summed up in one word PERFECT

    Neil and Emma are fantastic hosts and the accommodation is excellent and very dog friendly. The added extra of a loaf of sourdough and cakes and apple juice on arrival were a bonus as was the eggs later in the week. The location within easy walking distance of the village with its pub, tea room, shop and fish and chip shop is ideal, were ever you went including the beach is welcoming to your four legged friends. The communications and information given was excellent and didn’t miss a thing. Highly recommend paying a visit, we will be returning and have passed on the details to friends. Secure garden for the pups and a nice footpath to take them for a good walk to the edge of the car park.

    Nothing everything was good. There were no downsides to our stay.
