    Une expérience japonaise authentique avec un personnel absolument exceptionnel !

    Une superbe expérience dans ce ryokan traditionnel japonais ! La chambre, prévue pour quatre personnes, est particulièrement spacieuse et dispose même de son propre onsen privatif, un véritable luxe pour profiter d’un moment de détente en toute tranquillité. La décoration traditionnelle est très agréable et des yukata (vêtements traditionnels japonais) sont mis à disposition en plusieurs tailles, ce qui évite d’avoir à solliciter le personnel pour en obtenir un adapté. L’accueil a été exceptionnel du début à la fin. Dès notre arrivée au parking, le personnel s’est occupé de garer notre véhicule, sans supplément puisque ce service est inclus dans le prix de la chambre. L’enregistrement s’est ensuite déroulé avec une fluidité remarquable. On sent réellement que le personnel est aux petits soins et soucieux du bien-être des clients. Le repas du soir était excellent et servi dans une salle privative qui nous était dédiée. Là encore, le service était irréprochable, avec une serveuse particulièrement attentionnée tout au long du repas. Enfin, l’onsen public est très agréable, avec notamment la possibilité de profiter d’un bain extérieur. Pour les plus courageux, les variations de température entre l’eau chaude et l’air extérieur rendent l’expérience encore plus mémorable !

    Le seul petit bémol concerne quelques taches visibles sur les tatamis et certains textiles de la chambre. Il est tout à fait possible qu’elles aient été laissées par de précédents occupants et qu’elles soient difficiles à faire disparaître ou nécessitent un remplacement. Il faut également noter que le ryokan est éloigné des commerces accessibles à pied. Cependant, ce n’est pas réellement un inconvénient dans ce type d’établissement : l’objectif est justement de profiter pleinement du lieu, de ses bains et de ses repas, et d'y rester jusqu'au check-out du lendemain matin, sans avoir besoin de ressortir.
