    communication and support were very poor for a professionally managed property

    the room was clean

    I intentionally booked a first-floor apartment to avoid carrying bags, but reaching it was still difficult. The driver has to go up a very narrow, steep dead-end road, and there are stairs at the end, so I still had to carry my luggage upstairs. The main issue was communication. I asked for the exact location right after booking but received it only after several reminders and just a few hours before check-in, when it was too late to change plans. The hosts were generally very hard to reach, even though the property is managed by a professional real estate company with supposed online support. There is no heating in the bathroom and it was freezing; the window had also been left open. During a blackout in that part of the city I received no support or information from the hosts and had to find updates elsewhere. Overall, the communication and support were very poor for a professionally managed property.

    마당이 있어서좋았음. 고양이들이 마당에 하루종일 있어서좋았음.

    마당에서 바베큐를 하면서 혼자 조용히 쉬고싶어서 갔음. 그런데 아침부터 밤10시가넘도록 공사소음때문에 집에서 너무 힘들었고 공기도안좋았음. 바베큐기계는 하나있었는데 오래되고 녹슬고 거미줄이 잔뜩쳐져있어서 이용하기가 꺼려져서 결국 못했음. 혼자 조용히 바베큐하며 쉬러간게 모두 망했음. 방에 거미랑 개미가많음. 문을잠구는게 개빡쎔
