Excellent location, but extremely disappointing value for money!
The only real advantage is its location, in a beautiful area of Rome.
Unfortunately, our experience at this property was far below expectations, especially considering the very high price we paid. The only real advantage is its location, in a beautiful area of Rome. However, even this excellent location does not justify the price. The apartment has numerous issues that significantly affect comfort. All the doors squeak, including the refrigerator door. The towels had a strong smell of vinegar, and there was no coffee machine, even though coffee capsules were provided. The two bathrooms were another major disappointment. The showerheads spray water in every direction, and without a shower curtain or glass screen, the entire bathroom floor gets soaked every time someone takes a shower. This problem exists in both bathrooms, which is simply unacceptable for a property in this price range. Furthermore, the area is extremely noisy until late at night, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. The location is undeniably fantastic, but a great location cannot compensate for the lack of comfort, poor attention to detail, and missing basic amenities. Our conclusion: an extremely overpriced accommodation for what it actually offers. The price creates high expectations, but the reality is disappointing. For this amount of money, guests should expect a much higher standard of comfort, maintenance, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and good value for money in Rome.

Excellent location with a clean, comfortable and spacious apartment
The location is excellent. The apartment was spacious and clean.
It would be nice to have an air conditioner in the common area.

Comfortable apartment in a great location!
Live Roma is in an excellent location! There is a piazza right around the corner with many places to eat. The apartment itself is in a secure location. We greatly enjoyed our stay here!

It was a great stay.
The apartment was great. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and in a fabulous location. My sons stayed in other apartments located near ours. On our last day they came to help us pack up our luggage and they were blown away by our apartment… it was the winner. I was very sad to leave Roma. Lastly, I have to thank Lorenzo who manages the apartment for all his help. British airways cancelled our flight to Rome and gave us a late flight the next day. We lost a day in that beautiful apartment and Roma and we were arriving after checking-in hour. Lorenzo made it possible for getting into the apartment so late. Thank you Lorenzo and Alessandro for your patience and help.
I have no negative comments to give.
