We had enough space for all the group. Three bedrooms with double beds. Advantage was the parking spot for the car. The house has a charm. Lots of green on the terrace and in the yard. Nearby beaches are pebbly and quite small. At 10min by car there is beautiful sandy beach on the other side of the island.
No issues in general. The boiler did not work for us one morning, but we did not miss hot water with the sun heated water. Wifi was down but there is 4/5G in the area. The apartment is well renovated, but the place hold its true potential in the yard and terrasses that are not well maintained. Both need some renovation and the place can be truly remarkable.

Хорошее место положение, близко к пляжам по пляжам Корфу. Отличный коммуникабельный персонал который идет на встречу нашим пожеланиям. Крытая парковка на территории. Дом большой и очень атмосферный в котором есть совершенно все что только может понадобится во время отпуска. Также по приезду нас ожидало на столе небольшое и очень вкусное угощение. Это было невероятно приятно.

Gut
Die Lage war ruhig und idyllisch. Wir haben abends Glühwürmchen gesehen und Zwergohreulen zugehört. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man braucht und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig.
Wie der Name schon sagt, handelt es sich bei dem Haus um eine alte Wassermühle. Daher sind die Wände leider ein bisschen feucht und es gibt einen Wasserschaden (Küchendecke) von der Wohnung oben drüber und es bilden sich langsam Stockflecken. Diese wird oder soll scheinbar saniert werden. Allerdings müsste durch die beständige Feuchtigkeit etwas gegen Schimmel unternommen werden. Die Küche hätte auch etwas sauberer sein können, vorallem das Besteck und die Arbeitsfläche.
