An above average B&B in a town full of B&B's on the beautiful and cool Mendocino coast.
Great central location in Mendocino. Short walk to all businesses, restaurants and the headlands trail along the ocean. The freshly cooked breakfasts are delivered to your door--a very nice touch.
The queen bed in our room (Wilson) needs to be replaced. The mattress was very lumpy and uneven. For the price we paid, we'd expect a top quality, comfortable bed.

Wonderful experience at Headlands Inn!
Great location! Perfect for walking downtown for shopping and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. Cozy room with a comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfast in the morning. Would definitely return.

The shower pressure was low but the water was hot. Not a deal breaker.

Too pricey
Good location
Overpriced for the accommodation. Bed was saggy, room had minimal heat (wouldn't recommend a winter stay), breakfast was not great but okay. Owner was nice enough, but again, for over $400 I can't recommend it.
