Nice apartment but a couple of “facilities” to fix
Spacious and cozy. Responsive host.
We asked the host to book a private taxi transfer on our behalf with special request of car seat for baby: we specified weight and age of the baby but the booked transfer arrived with the wrong car seat and we had to hold baby on our lap without car seat, as we would have by riding a standard taxi, just paying much less in that case. Elevator too small to fit a wider stroller and access to the elevator with a few steps, making it not very practical for a family with small children. Luckily the apartment was just at the first floor. Hot water tap was not working in the bathroom with the bathtub.

Чист и добре обзаведен апартамент със страхотна локация в центъра на Милано!
Страхотна локация!
Може би трябваше освен вода и кафе за посрещане да получим плодове, бутилка вино или нещо друго като комплимент.

Excellent communication, large space, nice kitchen, very clean and quiet.
Staff, location, room to spread out.
Had hot water issues but staff responded immediately. One shower, however, lost hot water again the last day.

Nice place with nice location
It was very good location. And a nice apartment.
Except the fact that it is not the same apartment as in the the pic.. I thought we will get 3 separate rooms, but one of my sons got to sleep in the living room area..

Milan Apartment
We loved the location of the apartment between Berara and the Duomo and you could access the Metro Station M1and M2 by walking few minutes, the apartment was very clean and it had very thing we needed, the generous of the apartment staff welcoming us and greeting us at the apartment upon arrival, thank you Heart Milan Staff.
Nothing we didn't like in the accommodation.
