  Absolutely disgraceful accommodation and even worse hosts avoid at all costs! If I could give this apartment zero stars, I would. Seven nights, three paying guests, dirty and incomplete bedding, insufficient towels, no working internet, and hosts who apparently believe that complaining about these things is an attempt to get a free holiday. We booked this apartment for seven nights, expecting the accommodation and amenities advertised in the listing. Instead, we arrived to find an apartment that had clearly not been properly prepared for three guests. There were only two sets of towels for three people, insufficient bedding, missing pillowcases and duvet covers, and a visibly dirty additional duvet. Only two pillows had clean pillowcases. The rest of the bedding situation was completely unacceptable. The apartment also had cleanliness issues, which we documented with photographs. On top of that, the Wi-Fi did not work. The login details initially provided by the hosts were unusable, and the ZTE router showed no internet connection. We followed their instructions, scanned the QR code and restarted the router, but nothing worked. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue, we spent our entire stay without the internet access we had paid for. However, the worst part of this experience was not even the condition of the apartment. It was the hosts' astonishingly unprofessional behaviour. Let me make one thing perfectly clear: we did not initially request a refund. Our first message simply asked for clean bedding, the missing towels and assistance with the internet connection. Nothing unreasonable. Just the basic necessities that should have been provided before our arrival. Had the hosts actually addressed these issues, the situation would never have escalated. Instead, they refused to provide meaningful assistance, disputed our complaints and eventually accused us of trying to get a free stay.

  Мы прожили 6 ночей без горячей воды и интернета. В первый же день мы написали хозяину апартаментов, что отсутствует горячая вода, не работает вайфай, оторвана розетка на кухне, ручка в ванной, а также на кухне имеется только одна вилка. И за все время нашего проживания ничего не изменилось. Хозяин писал что занимается этими вопросами, но ничего не было исправлено. Он дважды присылал некомпетентного электрика, ждавши которого мы теряли время, который никак не исправил проблему отсутствия горячей воды. В итоге 6 дней мы вынуждены были мыться, грея воду в кастрюле на плите. Из за отсутствия вайфая мы не могли работать. Съехать на другие апартаменты мы тоже не могли, так как хозяин апартаментов через Букинг заранее взял предоплату за весь период проживания в полном размере. И вишенкой на торте стал огромный таракан который бегал в коридоре апартаментов и был убит моим тапком. Единицу из 10 я ставлю только за чистоту уборки до заезда. Сервису этого хозяина ставлю оценку "0". Букингом я пользуюсь около 10 лет, много где снимал апартаменты, и первый раз столкнулся с таким отношением.
