I like the area and the access to everything I needed. Security was great. Information was always at
Roaches were bad. AC was leaking water on the bed. All was good except the prior 2.

Lovely owner, poor staff
The room was beautiful, the owner was very helpful and an amazing view.
These people lie about everything, they are not interested in the fact that many people are hiring there condos out. The swimming pool was closed for 5 out of 7 days always with the same excuse, you have to pay to use the pool (not a problem) but finding where to pat is also a chore

Fantastic condo in a central location with restaurants and shops in the same buidling!
The apartment was clean and comfortable for me and my young family. The location with shops and restaurants located at the ground level was very convenient. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had a great TV with streaming services available.
It would be good if the shower had a door as the bathroom floor can get completely wet in front of the toilet. It was not a factor that made our stay unbearable, but just a thought for some improvement.

Overall, the stay was good. It’s only that the check in process was not explained and the bldg name was not mentioned.
The location. It was close to ayala avenue and close to everything. Grocery store just at the ground floor of the bldg
The name of the building was not mentioned. If you click the pinned location, you will reach the correct bldg but the problem was the check in process was not explained ahead. Would have been better if the host proactively contacted us at least 24 hrs before the check in date. We wanted to leave our things as my brother and his family arrived early but we were not accommodated by the front desk because we didn’t have the authorization letter from the host. It’s Air Residences by the way and you need to have authorization letter from the host with your name/s on it before you will be entertained by the front desk.
