Loved the location. Host was amazing and available to meet every need! Came a couple of times for the simplest of requests! The empanada shop across the street was delicious. AMAZING location in Mayfair...just loved it!

Terrible stay, wasted a lot of time going back & forth with host who took 2 months to look at issues
Location was good and thats about it
We experienced a lot of problems during our stay. It began with no toilet paper provided on the first day and when I checked in at 3pm I informed the host of the issue and they said they would fix but when we came back to the property at 9pm it was still not addressed so I had to venture out to buy some at 9.30pm. We then discovered that both showers were blocked and this caused a lot of issues with 2 adults and 2 kids trying to shower after a long day out. One of the aircons was also extremely noisy which made sleep very difficult. One bed had bedsheets that did not even fit the bed as they were too short. Then to make matters worse we used the washing machine with the cold wash setting and discovered it came out boiling hot and it ruined all of our clothes causing some of our clothes to shrink and others had their colours run. The second day we asked for the showers to be fixed while we were out but we were informed that the handyman didnt have a key and needed access but we were already out at 6pm about to head to our theatre show. As such the handyman could only come at 10.30pm after our show and all he did was pour boiling water down the drain. This seemed to fix one shower but he agreed the other shower was still unusable and by this stage it was 11.30pm and our 7 yr old was extremely tired. However the third night the shower he "fixed" was blocked again. This was a complete nightmare and dealing with the host has been difficult as they have not even reimbursed me for the toilet paper let alone the damage to my clothes as well as the fact we had no usable showers during our stay. I have videos of the blocked showers and noisy aircon but could not attach here. So far they have refused to offer any compensation for the stay and filling out this review is my last resort.

Great stay in a nice flat in a nice neighborhood with 2 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Great neighborhood clean comfy beds 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms.
The living room was not really equipped to seat 4 adults comfortably. There is only a loveseat and a few random chairs.

Brilliant accommodation in the heart of Mayfair!
Central modern apartment, great for a weekend with friends! Everything you could need & more
Aircon in first bedroom was rattling and very loud, other units in top bedroom & lounge didn’t have this issue.
