Quite apartment close to trams and buses. The room and bathroom very clean and well equipment, even capsule coffee machine. Thank you for nice stay.

I loved everything about this flat. We had everything we needed for a month-long stay. There is a kitchenette, a washing machine, a rain shower, and a lovely, spacious balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and we really had everything we needed to cater for ourselves during our stay. Thank you, HOO!

Séjour très agréable, appartement calme, bien équipé et confortable
Les photos de l'entrée et de la boite à clé ont été très utiles, facilitant l'accès à l'appartement. Il est montré tel qu'il est, donc pas de mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée. L'équipement est au top : lave linge, lave vaisselle, Nespresso, fer et planche à repasser, cuisine complète équipée, robinetterie de qualité ... tout y est ! L'appartement est grand (environ 45 m²) et bien insonorisé dans un quartier serein avec un accès rapide au centre de Vienne par bus et tramways.
La penderie ouverte sur la pièce pourrait être intégrée dans un meuble fermé pour améliorer l'esthétique et surtout pour cacher les ustensiles de nettoyage (balai, seau aspirateur...) qui sont visibles derrière la porte du séjour et derrière la penderie. Le code de la boite à clés a été changé deux fois avant mon arrivée et une fois pendant mon séjour. Ces changements m'ont fait perdre une bonne demi-heure au moment du départ. Il a fallu que je contacte Booking pour obtenir un code valide me permettant de laisser les clés.

Die Lage war sehr gut, ruhige Fahrradstraße, Geschäfte nicht zu weit weg; Innenstadt gut erreichbar; Zimmer groß, Bett gut; Bad gut
Ausstattung: Spülmaschine defekt; zu wenig Porzellan, auch zum Teil angeschlagen; Heizung wird von außen reguliert, Temperatur nicht immer ganz passend
