    Molto deludente

    Il proprietario era pronto a rispondere alle nostre chiamate ed è stato disponibile; ci ha portato un telo pulito dopo che gli abbiamo fatto vedere che una era molto sporco. Anche a terra era molto sporco ed il proprietario si è offerto di far venire qualcuno a pulire.

    Abbiamo soggiornato lì per 3 giorni e 2 notti. Abbiamo avuto molti problemi con l’acqua calda, abbiamo dovuto fare le docce con l’acqua fredda. In più a terra era sporco, ma anche se il proprietario si è offerto di far venire qualcuno a pulire il terzo giorno, era inutile per noi perché avremmo fatto il check-out da lì a poco. Apprezziamo che il proprietario sia stato disponibile, ma non poter fare nemmeno una doccia calda è aberrante.

    Tener autonomía en la llegada fue muy cómodo para nosotros y las instrucciones fueron muy claras. El apartamento es amplio y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Queda cerca de Roma Termini. Lo recomiendo 😊
