  Claros y oscuros

  Lo que más me gustó fue, sin duda, la ubicación. El apartamento está a apenas 10 segundos de la principal calle comercial y del mercado, a 1 minuto de Kapana, a unos 5 minutos de la colina de Tepe y el casco antiguo, y a unos 10 minutos del Teatro Romano y del Foro Romano. Todo queda muy cerca y permite visitar Plovdiv prácticamente andando. La ubicación es de diez. También me pareció muy positivo que todos los electrodomésticos funcionaran correctamente, especialmente la lavadora y el lavavajillas. Es algo que valoro mucho en un apartamento y que, en este caso, funcionó perfectamente. Por último, el proceso de llegada fue muy sencillo y las instrucciones proporcionadas fueron claras, concisas y fáciles de seguir.

  Lo que menos me gustó fue, en primer lugar, que el apartamento no dispone de ascensor, algo que deberían tener en cuenta las personas que tengan dificultades para subir escaleras. Además, había un olor muy fuerte a humedad en el baño. También encontramos una especie de plaga de pequeñas moscas o mosquitos, especialmente durante los primeros días, que tuvimos que ir eliminando hasta que finalmente quedaron muy pocas. Por último, el menaje del hogar era bastante escaso: había muy pocas tazas, vasos y otros utensilios, por lo que considero que este aspecto podría mejorarse.

  Aile için uygun 2 çift kişilik oda olması büyük avantaj. Keyifli bir tatildi

  Dairenin konumu güzel daire oldukça kullanışlı tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Çok merkezi olduğu için otopark imkanı yok yol kenarlarına park edebiliyorsunuz. Bu yerler belediyenin park yerleri olduğu için SMS atarak otopark ihtiyacınıza karşılayabiliyorsunuz. Benim operatör Türkiye’ye ait olduğu için çevre esnaftan veya kahve içtiğim yerlerden parasını kendilerine ödeyerek rica hallettirdim. Otopark konusunda çok sorun yaşamadım.

  Konumu muhteşem. Ev tertemizdi tek sıkıntısı duş başlığı bence değiştirilmeli. 4 kişi fiyat performans olarak çok geç almış olmamıza rağmen yine de uygundu. Eve giriş talimatlarına anahtarı kapıya okutmayı da eklerseniz, muhteşem!

  Not a good start for our holiday.

  Central location and the flat was nicely furnished.

  The smell started from the front door. As we entered the flat, it got almost unbearable. I’ve opened windows and doors and thought to myself, how inconsiderate, not to let some fresh air, before us checking in, but then I found the mould in the main bedroom. The answer from the company, managing the flat was, that nobody reported it, which I can’t believe. I red previous reviews, that were mentioning the smell, the stain was pretty obvious, staring you in the eyes from the bedroom door, I’m sure if I looked, I would’ve found more, even the sponge in the sink was moulded.Thinking back now, they’ve got a serious problem there, they’ve had it for a while and a lick of paint won’t solve it. After much going back and fort with the company, we’ve been offered another flat, which I’ve seen in my search, it was cheaper, but I dismissed it as not suitable enough for my family. Nevertheless we packed our bags and headed there, another 5 minutes walk with all of our luggage. That was it. No compensation for the cheaper flat, no other form of apology to validate our struggles.
