    Terrific, comfortable & in the heart of the action!

    Great location 1 block to Republic Square in Old Yerevan. Cool trendy area with loads of cafes, restaurants & shops. New low rise building with lift & development next door - still being finished. Comfortable room with balcony - kitchen minimal with few utensils & fridge for snacks.

    If you have a car parking lot next door. If taking taxis hard for them to stop as street narrow so be ready to jump! Yerevan is very safe but a bit hard to navigate if difficulty walking/wheelchair or big stroller. This has nothing to do with the actual property but rather just outside the building.
