    never again

    the house's size and distribution, as well as the location

    The google maps pin is wrong and the address is also wrong, so it took us a while to find the house in a very busy 2 way street with a bus lane and many cameras. The hosts charged us more just because we were 8 people in an 8 people house, but when I made the reservation I thought we were going to be 5, anyway we were renting the whole house anyway. They also charged us for extra bedding and towels because we had 3 different people coming on the first night and the second, and for a cleaners fee just to drop the extra bedding in the house, which we had to put on the beds. After many many messages they removed that extra charge but kept the 8 people charge. There was rubbish in the garden from previous guests that hadn't been cleaned, the outside bins were absolutely full with no place for us to throw our rubbish. Everything in the house was the cheapest, the mattresses were absolutely horrible, we complained and we were told they were new but honestly none of us could have a decent night sleep, you could feel all the springs of the mattresses everywhere. One of the windows didn't close and it was quite cold in that room, the twin beds were really bad too, very squeaky. One of the shower trays was leaking and a few blinds were missing a slat. Overall was a bad experience, we come every year to Birmingham for work around this date but we will not be repeating on this place again.

    Book here if you are staying in Brum

    Liked everything about the place, nice, clean and spacious. Big garden. If we had more time, we would have extended our stay. If we visit Birmingham again will book here. Strongly recommend

    Nothing major and it didnt affect our stay but some of the carpet grippers on stairs and also in the downstairs front bedroom need to be adjust as the pins were coming through. The plugs in the kitchen by the backdoor were faulty.

    Al di sopra delle aspettative

    Casa spaziosa con 7 camere matrimoniali e 4 bagni, indicata per gruppi di persone che vogliono passare tempo insieme mantenendo la loro privacy

    Sinceramente non ci sono aspetti negativi da segnalare su questa struttura, se non la lontananza dal centro città. E' indispensabile prendere un taxi.
