    Disappointing as the lack of daylight in the bedrooms spoilt our stay.

    The location. Comfortable beds.

    No daylight in the bedrooms due to a very overgrown conifer hedge. Very creaky wooden floors in the bedrooms.

    Lovely cottage in a romantic setting.

    Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Close to the Loch and pier. Nice walks in and around the village.Would definitely stay again.

    An instruction sheet for all the appliances would be helpful. We couldn't find one. But hosts responded quickly to requests.

    Great location in a beautiful village. A few things to improve on

    Great location. Nice and central in luss and everything was within walking distance. Great communication with the host throughout. Good private parking too.

    We were told check in was at 4pm, but upon arrival the cleaners appeared to still be cleaning the property delaying our entry until almost 4.30. This was difficult with an already fussy toddler. The floorboards were unbelievably squeaky throughout the property and kept disturbing our toddler’s sleep. There was a lack of essentials such as dish towels, dish clothes and shower gel. There was also a horrible smell in one of the bedrooms.
