    Fantastic location, nice neighborhood, wonderful parking, but needs some basic maintenance and guest courtesy.

    Location is great and there was plenty of space for everyone. I really liked having the dedicated parking and the availability of parks, restaurants, and shopping. The tumble dryer was a huge bonus.

    This property needs some care. The garden is completely unattended. I had to navigate through the overgrown hedges to access the dryer. There was painted over mold in the 2nd bathroom. Overall, it is starting to feel a bit neglected and careworn. There were no instructions made available regarding hot water or trash/recycling. The bins weren’t labeled for us, and we had no hot water because we didn’t know that we had to turn it on. I would recommend some posted instructions and switch labels.

    Great location and parking. Host very responsive and helpful. Well stocked kitchen and good amount of space.

    Property is tired and worn. Garden full of dead weeds, mouldy bathrooms and chipped paint. If given a spruce up this would be a great place.
