There's a great bar under street level on the corner. All the tenants in the building were nice.

Apartment looked like it just came off of a long term lease. The carpet was filthy and so many stains on it. There are electrical outlets missing covers and smoke detectors removed with there wires exposed. With this being a pet friendly apartment they shouldn’t have carpet as this is really hard to maintain. I wouldn’t stay here again.

空港(リーガン)から地下鉄でアクセスでき，地下鉄三線の乗換駅が最寄りというすばらしいロケーションでした．残念ながら政府閉鎖でスミソニアンにはいけませんでしたが，近所です．チャイナタウンでおいしい中華も食べられてよかったです． オーブン，電子レンジ，トースター，食洗機とフルキッチンで快適に過ごせました．近所のスーパーがどこにあるかわからず，ちゃんとした野菜や肉などの食材が買えるともっと充実した滞在になったと思います． 洗濯機のボタンは引っ張る，乾燥機は押す，がコツです． フロントには朝6時半くらいから通勤ラッシュくらいの時間帯に飲み放題のコーヒーがあります．時間帯によっては列をなしていました． 4泊でしたが，3泊目に誰かが部屋に入った形跡があり(トイレの便座があがっていた)，水回りをチェックしたとの置き手紙がありましたが，なぜそうされたかがわからず，少々疑問でした． アクセスや設備はすばらしいです．毎日ジムでジョギングと筋トレもできました． 三線のれる地下鉄まで5分程度のアクセス性を重視する方，自炊が苦にならず，筋トレ・ジョグが日課の方には最高と思います．いつも無理矢理，難点をマイルドに記述する当方ですが，この施設では難しかったです．．とてもよいアパートで，次もぜひここを探したいと思いました．

I loved the intimacy, location, and space of the property. During my entire trip, I felt like I was in the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend the property to others. I'm looking forward to booking the property for my next stay.
