The staff was amazing and always welcoming, especially IIigel. The service was very fast and perfect. I also really appreciated the follow-up after check-out, as they took the time to ask about my experience and get back to me, especially Serena. Overall, everything was perfect. I always enjoy staying here. The hotel area is lovely, cozy, well-organized, and very clean. Everything was excellent, and I had a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Both pools are nice, but for the smaller one, if they change the tile color from green to blue, it would look much better as a swimming pool. Having blue tiles would make the water look much more beautiful and inviting.
