    Disappointed

    Nice house in nice area

    No extra blankets for the single beds. No heating downstairs. No soap/body wash Had 5 plugs but none fitted the bath, contact person messaged us x5 that they were coming to sort but never did. Would have gone and bought one if I knew they weren't going to turn up. Only one dishwasher powerball to use. Would have liked to use the dishwasher more than once.

    The noise downstairs when people were walking around upstairs it was like Elephants.
