    Below expectations

    It was very dirty with lots of mold in the bathroom and the beds were not Queen size even though they are advertised as so. Not sure if the bed had been cleaned and remade for us it was a bit messy so a bit unsure.

    Very clean room and comfortable stay

    Checkin was smooth. The room was great, clean and the first of its kind to have hardwood flooring amongst all motels on the island. Bathroom is clean and basic amenities like microwave, tea/coffee is provided. Although the location isn't central to the Cabot Trail, its good for a quick pitstop before heading to the next location. There is only one restaurant walking distance and another one for breakfast which is a drive away.

    Location is not central to most of the places however the property is well maintained for anyone looking for a quick stopover. All rooms on the ground floor so you can hear anyone walking or talking when near your room.
