    De locatie was top! Het gebouw was heel uniek, typisch en mooi opgeknapt. Toen we het appartement niet direct vonden was er een zeer vriendelijke, duidelijke en snelle communicatie. De reactie van het personeel van Hedera verliep heel vlot en snel. Ze kwamen de dag van de klacht al kijken om de siiconen strip te vervangen. We kregen snel extra handdoeken wanneer nodig. Mocht de badkamer niet zo stinken naar beerput was dit ideaal geweest.

    Van zodra we de kamer openden kwam er een putjes of beerput geur tegemoet. We dachten dat deze geur uit 1 van de sifons kwam. Na dit echter 2 dagen goed te laten lopen bleef de geur en namen we contact op met Hedera. Ook was de siliconen al stuk, los, weg,... waardoor er onvoldoende dichting was aan de douche en er veel water in de badkamer liep. De techniekers die langskwamen losten het probleem echter niet op. Ze vervingen wel een siliconen strip onderaan en herkitten 1/3 van de siliconen. Het geurproblerm bleef echter bestaan. Voor deze prijs voor 5 dagen zou er geen lekkende douche of geurhinder mogen zijn.
