    Sehr schöne Aussicht, und in 20 Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Dubrovnik.

    Die Villa ist sehr schön, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch in einem guten bis sehr guten Zustand. Es gab genügend Zimmer und die Einrichtung war gut. Die Aussicht war und ist einfach phänomenal.

    Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war stets möglich, vor allem über WhatsApp und wir erhielten immer schnelle Antworten. Dennoch empfanden wir den Ton als zu kalt und nicht sehr zuvorkommend. Zudem mussten wir extra nachfragen, wie und wo der Abfall entsorgt werden sollte. Man teilte uns mit, dass wir etwa 600m laufen müssen und den Abfall weit entfernt von der Villa entsorgen sollten. Das fanden wir nicht gut, da wir für die Villa viel Geld bezahlt haben und einen Abfallplatz in der Nähe des Hauses erwartet hätten. Ausserdem gab es in der Villa viele Spinnen und andere Käfer, die sich in den hohen Ecken ausgebreitet hatten.

    Great experience

    Great experience, slightly let down by weather. But that was to be expected travelling on Oct 😂. Overall villa was a pleasant stay! Only callout are the several cobwebs inside, had to take a brush to them myself. Other than that, 10/10 would consider revisit next summer

    Superb

    The villa is loverly very modern, beautiful location and views pool amazing . Perfect for group and families.

    Mosquitoes but that is not the fault of the rental agency. However a can of bug spray would have been helpful.
