Die Wohnung war für ihre Größe gut ausgestattet. Besonders in der Küche war alles was man so benötigt, vorhanden.
Es gab lediglich ein Kleiderschrank in dem einen Schlafzimmer. Die Schlafzimmer waren insgesamt sehr klein, besonders das mit dem größeren Bett. Das Bett hat das ganze Zimmer ausgefüllt. Stell-und Ablagenöglichkeit nicht vorhanden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ländlich und ruhig. Die Entfernung zum Meer war fussläufig etwas weit.
