Overall, we found the home to be very comfortable and the location was so convenient.
The location of the property was ideal. It was within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The house had three bedrooms with a king and two queen beds that were very comfortable.
The fenced-in back yard was a nice feature since we brought our puppy with us, but we couldn't use it since the yard wasn't picked up (it was littered with other dog droppings). Also, the refrigerator was an older model and didn't have a filtered water system or an ice maker. This meant that you had to either drink tap water or buy bottled water and, since there was only one ice tray in the freezer, if you needed ice you had to buy a bag of ice at the local grocery store.
