    The room was clean, and the fridge was big! The family and staff were very easy going. The location was perfect.

    The shower was a little funky.

    I stayed at Helen Home for 4 nights and had a great stay. The room was spotless ,comfortable bed, and the aircon worked perfectly, which was a huge bonus in the heat. Fresh drinking water was provided every day, and the shower had excellent water pressure with reliable hot and cold water. The location is ideal- just 100 meters from the real Vietnam, with local food and daily life all around, yet only 3 km from District 1 a main tourist area. Duyen and her family were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again-in fact, I've already booked another 30 nights. 10/10.

    Friendly hosts, excellent value for money, quiet but central location, and great laundry service.

    I had a very pleasant stay at Helen Home. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent—it's in a quiet area but still close to the city center, so it was easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City while enjoying a peaceful night's sleep. The room was clean, good value for money, and the laundry service was done very well, which I really appreciated during my trip. Although this isn't normally my preferred style of accommodation, the warm hospitality and overall experience made it a great place to stay.

    There was nothing major to complain about. The property may not suit everyone depending on the style of accommodation they prefer, but everything was as expected.
