    Stunning views, very comfortable accommodations!

    This guest house is very accommodating, clean and very comfortable. The location is in the farm area of Iceland. When you come into the property you will be on a local farm/personal property. The views are stunning. Wish we would could have stayed longer and wish we didn't have an overcast sky as it would be the perfect place to see the northern lights.

    A lovely, spacious & cozy home

    Hellatun Guest House was truly a home away from home! The building looks simple but once you stepped into the house, it’s such a lovely, spacious & cozy home. We were out in the rain whole day, by the time we checked-in at evening time, we were all wet & cold so it was a delight to find that the house was already heated up, even the sofa bed was already set-up, so thoughtful of the host which we really appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped. Beddings were really comfortable. We were all so reluctant to leave the next day. Linda, the host was also very responsive. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends & would stay here if I’m in Iceland again.
