    Lovely size property /parking good Next shops

    Arrived at property was given a phone number By booking .com to contact/agent or owner did not respond straight away to contact about info key code etc could not get into property at 3.00 No one messaged me back till 3.30 Had to ask a random. Guy who cleans for them he helped As Check in at 3.00 No sheets for sofa bed Only large quilt Pillow Very poor Toaster not working The Front of building door did not lock So security wasn’t that great

    To whom it may concern, Thank you for your response and for offering £108.00 in credit. However, we do not consider thi

    AWFUL Dirty with bed bugs. Everyone who stayed with us in this apartment came away with Scabies and Bed Bugs. The apartment was disgusting and we would like a full refund immediately.
