    The apartment is very spacious. 10 minutes walk from Forum Romano/Colloseum or 5 minutes away from Roma Termini train station. The interior has its own charm and style.

    Lots of steps to walk with heavy suitcases. Missed few things at the kitchen. The beds are too soft. A bit of cigaret smell in the living room, probably from previous guests. Loud Irish pub under the bedroom window.

    Esperienza molto positiva ci ritornerei molto volentieri

    La posizione è comodissima per potersi spostare a visitare tutta la città. L' appartamento è ampio e accogliente, ammobiliato a nuovo e in tema nautico; l' abbiamo trovato arieggiato e pulito. Dotato di ogni confort. Bella la vista a sorpresa sul cortile interno di Santa Prassede. Caratteristica tutto sommato anche la rampa di accesso.

    Gli scalini della scala interna sono un po' impegnativi e sarebbe bene che l' host o un suo delegato si presentassero almeno per riscuotere la tassa di soggiorno e dessero magari la possibilità di custodire i bagagli al momento del check out, prima della ripartenza degli ospiti da Roma.Tuttavia dove possibile hanno ovviato in maniera intelligente.

    Great location.

    The layout of the flat is weird. Supposed to be two bedrooms but it's really only one. And only one bed- and a sofa bed. The flat is dark áand there were no instructions foranything like where to take the trash.
